Job Title: Artistic Director (Rock/Metal)

Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Artistic Director, with a deep love for Rock and Metal music, to guide and define the visual identity of Darkside Records and its distinguished artists. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and communication skills, allowing for seamless collaboration with our artists to bring to life artistic visions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Identity Development: Constantly create and refine the visual identity of the label and its artists, ensuring a visual representation that resonates with the target audience.

• Creative Project Direction: Oversee the design and production of all visual elements, including album covers, merchandise, promotional materials, and digital content.

• Artistic Collaboration: Work closely with artists to capture and amplify their unique vision through innovative and captivating visual projects.

• Management and Supervision: Lead internal and external creative teams, manage project budgets, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Innovation and Trends: Stay at the forefront of the latest design and technology trends, integrating avant-garde visual strategies into our campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent, complemented by significant experience in an artistic director role, ideally within the music industry.

• Impressive Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, with a particular skill for visual storytelling and design innovation.

• Passion for Music: A genuine passion for the Rock and Metal scene, with a deep understanding of its culture and fans.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), with a good understanding of visual production for various media.

• Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong collaborative spirit.
